Here's what some of my coworkers and clients have had to say about my work over the years.
Christine (Kristy) has been and continues to be a critical contributor to the Stardock marketing team in a number of key areas: She handles the vast majority of the writing and editing duties for customer and partner facing content, authoring and editing content from multiple different internal and external sources to present a consistent voice and tone to our varied audiences, from gamers to enterprise software customers. She acts as a brand ambassador, bringing a passion and energy for Stardock and our products in our communications that is invaluable. She consistently goes above and beyond to contribute to the overall positive tone and culture of the broader team, working closely with our developers and other staff. She is an asset to the marketing team and the organization as a whole, and I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her.
I worked with Christine (Kristy) on the marketing team at Stardock in 2015-16. Kristy was able to fill a void the company desperately needed filling at the time. With a crowd that was often tough to please, Kristy was able to create a unique voice for each product. She has a strong work ethic, never missing deadlines and was always happy to answer questions or help in any way she could. During chaotic or high stress times, Kristy was always able to act quickly, accommodate unexpected requests and help keep team morale high.
Personality-wise, you will not meet anyone warmer or more genuinely kind than Kristy. She is a source of positive energy for everyone around her and I would be thrilled to work alongside her again someday.
"We hired Kristy to fill the company's absence of a "literary voice". Between Stardock's marketing presence, its multiple software genres, its need to grab the audience and hold its attention, and the need to be very visible on Twitch and social media, we knew her diverse talents would fit this role with ease. I would certainly hire Christine again as any company would be very lucky to have her."
I have worked very closely with Christine for many years at Stardock. Although we have separate roles, ours intertwined on many projects and she always goes above and beyond to make sure our projects were complete. If anyone on our team needs assistance, she is the first to jump in and help in whatever way she can. I can’t stress enough how important she has been to our team as a whole.
Kristy is an extremely talented writer, capable of writing everything from press releases, to speeches, to fiction. Her title may be content editor, but in reality she writes nearly all of the material for the marketing team at Stardock. Kristy is a core member of the team and is able to turn out quality content at an impressive rate, jumping between projects and being able to turn on a dime. She is also a very social person, and is comfortable with being a face for the company at trade shows and online video streams. Kristy is personable, caring, and a great morale booster. She has numerous interests and a great personality. Outside of the office, one of her many interests has her working as the event planner for the boardgame room at an annual Comicon convention in Michigan. It has been my great pleasure to have Kristy as my teammate and friend. Any company would be blessed to have her.
I worked with Christine for several years while at Stardock Systems. In the time I spent working with her, Christine was never anything but positive, enthusiastic and excited to contribute to whatever project the company was working on. While Christine was on the marketing team, her contributions didn't stop there. She was always contributing to the positive morale of the company by spearheading morale boosting events such as "Star Wars Day", bringing in themed decorations and treats. She took part in organizing company events that could be used in our social media posts to attract our audience. Christine is professional, knowledgeable and ever evolving in her field. She would be an asset to any team that she joined and I would jump at the chance to work with her again.
